Patrick Cheng is the Founder & CEO of General Tso’s Catering and the visionary behind NextGen Impact Georgia, a nonprofit supporting immigrant entrepreneurs in the food industry. After transforming a struggling Chinese restaurant into a high-volume, AI-driven catering brand, Patrick now uses his experience in business strategy, food logistics, and digital integration to empower other immigrant-led small businesses. His mission is clear: build scalable systems, create jobs, and uplift communities—one entrepreneur at a time.
